Description
A city should be like a small social - people stay longer than really necessary, because they are enjoying themselves. One of the best ways to create the hustle and bustle desired in an active urban environment is to plan for programmatic collisions. By designing for multiple programs within a single setting, the line between public and private space is blurred, creating more community interaction and encouraging the use of shared spaces.
Context Brief
Diversity of mixed land use: with the public transport and transportation system, a modest mix of urban land use, in the station around the walk or bicycle within the scope of the provision of living and job opportunities, combined with business, education, public services, leisure and other cities Activity space, reduced dependency on increased travel demand and private driving due to strict land use zoning. The city itself is through the interaction between people and creates economic value of the place. Secondly, if there is no city to provide a huge market, it really can not stimulate agriculture to increase production and enhance agricultural technology.
Design methodology
In the beginning the road was rejuvenated in Da'an District, and the two sections of Pinghe East Road widened the road and dismantled the private security market. Parametric Design strategies
The public outdoor courtyards, formed by the surrounding housing properties, will also feature green space for the public to enjoy. Architecutre visualisation
